What Experienced Workers Bring That Younger Applicants Cannot is the first class in the series because everything that follows is built on this foundation. It teaches participants that the experience they have accumulated over decades, including paid work, caregiving, military service, volunteering, and community leadership, is a genuine advantage in today's job market, not a liability. Many adults 55 and older return to the workforce believing they are behind. This class reframes that entirely. Participants leave with a clear, confident understanding of what they bring that no younger applicant can replicate.
