Project NexGen delivers digital products (video lessons, downloadable guides, and handouts). Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once access is granted.

Subscription Cancellations
Monthly Subscriptions:
Cancel anytime by contacting hello@projectnexgen.com
Access continues through the end of your paid period
No partial refunds for unused time after 14-day window
Annual Subscriptions:
12-month minimum commitment required
After 12 months, cancel with 30 days' notice
Access continues through the end of the current billing period

Purchase date
Reason for refund request
We respond within 2 business days.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically. To prevent renewal charges:
Cancel at least 30 days before the renewal date
