By accessing or using Project NexGen's website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Description of Services
Project NexGen provides a digital curriculum including video lessons, facilitator guides, and participant handouts delivered through an online platform. Access is granted through organizational licensing.
Organizational Licensing
License Grant: Upon purchase, we grant your organization a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Project NexGen materials for internal educational purposes.
Permitted Use:
Stream or download videos for use within your organization
Print facilitator guides and participant handouts for your staff and participants
Use materials in group sessions, individual sessions, or classroom settings within your organization
Prohibited Use:
Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing materials to other organizations
Sharing login credentials outside your organization
Modifying materials and claiming them as your own creation
Using materials for purposes other than educational delivery to your participants
Facilitator Accounts
Your license tier determines the number of facilitator accounts included. Each account is for a single staff member. Accounts may not be shared.
Payment Terms
Pricing: As listed on our website at the time of purchase.
Payment: Due at time of purchase for annual subscriptions. Monthly subscriptions are billed monthly.
Renewals: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled 30 days before the renewal date.

Intellectual Property
All content, including videos, guides, handouts, and website materials, is owned by Project NexGen and protected by copyright. Your license grants usage rights only—not ownership.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:

Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
Use materials only as permitted by your license
Comply with all applicable laws
Disclaimer
Materials are provided "as is." While we strive for accuracy and quality, we make no guarantees about specific outcomes from using our curriculum. Results depend on implementation and participant engagement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Project NexGen shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
Termination
We may terminate access for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your license to use materials ends immediately.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of California and Texas, United States.
